Nomad Digital has implemented various measures to stay compliant in line with official government advice, to enable our Head Office in Newcastle to re-open and begin reoccupation on a phased basis. Our other global offices are being managed individually to assess and follow in country and state requirements, to ensure we safely reopen and get back to office operations to support our customers across all of our geographies.

In regards to our Newcastle office, we have implemented various measures and these are conveyed in our supporting documentation (below) that follows and complies to government and HSE advice around staying safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nomad has conducted a dedicated site-specific risk assessment for the Newcastle office, along with completing a gap analysis against the government publication -‘ Working safety during Coronavirus (COVID-19) – offices and contact centres’, assessing each section of the guidance and providing a detailed response on the actions we have taken as a company. As per section 1.2 of this guidance, we will share our risk assessment and publish this on our website.

We are also proudly displaying the ‘Staying COVID-19 Secure in 2020′ (below) poster in our office on the information board, and have made this, the risk assessment and gap analysis documents available here on our website as part of our commitment (below).
