Nomad Digital is returning to Berlin, Germany this Autumn for the 14th InnoTrans International Trade Fair for Transport Technology. From the 24th to the 27th of September, Team Nomad will exhibit the latest in transport connectivity innovation at the bi-annual event at the Messe Berlin Convention Centre. They will be at Stand 260, Hall 4.1 every day of the exhibition to share how Nomad are contributing toward the future of mobility through smarter technology for a digitally connected journey.

With over 20 years of experience operating at the forefront of transport connectivity, Nomad Digital have a scalable portfolio of solutions from innovative real-time passenger services and on-board entertainment to improve customer satisfaction to remote and online fleet management solutions that reduce downtime and deliver operational savings. These are supported by high performance, adaptive connectivity and robust cybersecurity to protect your fleet.

This year, visitors to Nomad Digital’s stand can view demos for a range of their solutions, including Engage Portal and OBIS. Nomad’s team will also be showcasing an innovative AI-driven Passenger Counting solution, which utilises multiple data sources to deliver accurate reporting of train load and passenger behaviour.

Using rail standard equipment installed on the exhibition stand and software developed by Nomad’s connectivity experts, the solution will display a live count of the number of people present using a combination of AI image processing systems and WiFi device counting. The team will be on hand to explain how this cost-effective solution can improve operational efficiency and enhance passenger experience without the need for passenger counting sensors.

Emmanuel Henry, Nomad Digital’s Managing Director, said: “We are looking forward to returning to InnoTrans for another year to share our latest innovations in transport connectivity.
