PRESS RELEASE

(Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, February 2026)

In December 2025, Nomad digital surpassed 2,000 days without a Lost Time Injury (LTI). This is a significant milestone for Nomad Digital, and builds upon the 2025 achievement of attaining over 2.5 million working hours without a LTI . Operating LTI-free is considered a key industry indicator of how successful an organisation is at avoiding serious injuries and a key metric in terms of safety management.

During this period, Nomad Digital employees have collectively worked  2.7 million working hours across 13 countries, comprising over 250 employees. We have also:

  • Conducted more than 12,000 site visits
  • Completed over 100 safety audits
  • Raised over 250 safety observations highlighting potential issues before they result in harm
  • Delivered over 10,000 safety-related training modules on our Learning Management System – all aimed at underpinning our continued commitment to operating safely.

As our safety culture naturally develops and matures over time, we aim to continue strengthening the education and support for our teams. We want to support all of our employees in embracing safety across our organisation, ensuring our Life Saving Rules, safety guidance and processes are fully embedded within our entire business and operations.

Jean-Philippe Garbit, Managing Director, Nomad Digital comments:

“This is an excellent milestone that reflects the commitment from all corners of our organisation to work safely and ensure that we keep people and hazards apart and keep safety at the forefront of all we do. Our safety position is clear and simple – if a job cannot be done safely, we should not do it at all.”

John Mills, Head of QHSE, Nomad Digital:

“There is no doubt that we are proud to celebrate this achievement, however, we do so with the understanding that what we have achieved today and yesterday starts all over again tomorrow. Every employee, every task we undertake, and every tool we use, carries some level of risk. We must all work together to assess, manage and mitigate these risks for every single task.”

Nomad Digital holds global ISO 45001 certification, demonstrating that their safety systems are strong, compliant, and built to adapt as we continue to grow.
