In July 2025, Nomad Digital proudly surpassed a significant safety milestone; over 2.5 million working hours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI).  That equates to more than five years of safe operations across our global teams at Nomad Digital, operating in 13 countries and over 250 employees.

A Lost Time Injury is a serious incident that prevents an employee from returning to work on their next scheduled shift. It’s a key industry benchmark for safety performance, and this achievement reflects the dedication and care shown by every member of the Nomad Digital team.

A Collective Commitment To Safety

This milestone is the result of a shared commitment to working safely, every day, in every role. Whether in the field, in an office, or supporting remotely, our colleagues have consistently put safety first.

Emmanuel Henry, Managing Director, Nomad Digital:

“This is a key milestone achieved proudly by every single colleague at Nomad Digital. Every day we must choose to do the right thing and prioritise our safety first and foremost, then repeat the process continuously each day with every task. We do not get a second chance at safety – new hazards and risks present themselves at any given opportunity; we must be prepared and equipped to execute every job safely, every, single time. I extend a great thanks to all of my Nomad Digital colleagues for their support and commitment to safety; now we drive towards the 3 million hours LTI free milestone!”

Emmanuel Henry

John Mills, Head of QHSE, Nomad Digital:

“Operating in 13 countries globally with teams geographically spread to support our customers presents us with a variety of working environments, all of which challenge our teams daily to maintain high levels of safety. By continuing to work together collaboratively, we can ensure that we keep safety at the forefront of everything we do regardless of what is around us to keep ourselves and others safe at all times.”

John Mills

Strengthening Our Safety Culture

To support this achievement and to continue building a strong safety culture, Nomad Digital has launched several initiatives:

  • Lifesaving Rules Campaign: Reinforcing Key safety processes and controls from our Safety Management Systems (SMS) through regular internal communications.
  • Quarterly Safety Awards: Recognising and celebrating safe working practices across teams.
  • Mobile Safety App: A dynamic tool that enables colleagues to complete live risk assessments onsite before starting work, an essential part of our Safe System of Work (SSOW).

Nomad Digital is globally certified to ISO 45001, ensuring our safety systems are robust, compliant, and ready to evolve as we grow.
