Nomad Digital will be presenting at the event in Amsterdam from 19-20 April, to emphasise the work it is doing through Nomad Tech, its innovative joint venture with EMEF (the Portuguese Railways company for rolling stock maintenance).
The joint venture was formed to meet the growth in demand for solutions which reduce the life-cycle cost of rolling stock. These solutions drive operational efficiencies and identify significant cost savings for train builders and operators.
Jay Saw, Nomad’s Commercial Director, will be presenting ‘IT fleet management strategies for cost reduction’ on Day 2 at 14:00.
Jay said: “We have a suite of services which offer train manufacturers and operators the opportunity to build cost saving and operational efficiencies into their strategy early on. ROCM (Remote Online Condition Monitoring) and maintenance engineering provide diagnostic data which informs operators of issues ahead of them becoming critical, allowing for greater operational efficiencies.”
