Our Senior Leadership Team meet quarterly face-to-face, video conference monthly, and have weekly status calls to ensure that news, updates, and knowledge is shared across all of our teams and regions.
Project teams have daily status calls and a regional focus team meet monthly to map each customers’ requirements against resources and work schedules.
Centralised support functions are located in the UK for HR, Marketing, Legal, Procurement and Finance, with our key research hubs centred in Newcastle (connectivity), Hildesheim (passenger information services) and Porto (intelligent fleet management solutions).
