In 2014 we introduced an internal company-wide survey. This was critical in shaping our corporate values and company vision.
The survey, which we call One Voice, takes place every two years and helps us gauge how we’re performing as an employer and what areas our people would like us to focus on.
Submitted anonymously, the survey had a 90% completion rate in 2015 – an industry first. It has driven some key company initiatives, such as our performance and development programme.
Survey results and progress on initiatives are reported to everyone across the business in our quarterly Town Hall meetings.
