As a result of our internal staff survey - One Voice - we have refreshed our performance and development process. Enabling Excellence, as it is known, will be launched this year for all staff, across all locations. It focuses on the continuous support and development individuals get from regular conversations with their managers, and provides a simple framework for ensuring each individual is enabled to be excellent at what they do.
Aligned to our competency framework, Know-How, individuals are encouraged to maintain their Personal Development Record and use our internal training site to access materials for their personal development, be that technical skills or behaviours aligned to our values as it's a framework to build our everyday working practices.
