Dominique is the Chairman of Nomad Digital and M&A Director in Alstom. Dominique held several positions within Alstom since he joined the company in 2011, in project management, sales and strategy. He spent 5 years in China between 2006 and 2011 during the period of the national boom in the railways and was a key contributor of several contracts signed between Alstom and Chinese customers. In 2011, he took the position of vice-president Market and Product Strategy for the Information Solution business.
Over the recent years, he was a strong contributor to the development of Alstom through acquisitions in signalling and more recently in digital mobility business, including the acquisitions of AREVA Transport (France), General Electric Signaling (US), Balfour Beatty 50% share in SSL (UK) and more recently Nomad Digital. In addition he was also Platform Director of Digital Mobility and Control Center Platforms and was involved in the development of several new solutions.
Before joining Alstom, Dominique spent 5 years in an Oil & Gas construction company and 5 years in an Automotive Robotic company. Born in 1968, Dominique Heynard is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts & Metiers (France) and York University (UK).
Reece is the Group CEO of Nomad Digital, with over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology sector across multiple industries.
Previously Nomad's Group Chief Operating Officer for three years, Reece was accountable for all delivery and services globally for Nomad Digital. Prior to joining Nomad in 2014, Reece was Senior Vice President of Global Services at CSG International, a leader in the provision of Cable and Telecommunications billing solutions. Before this, Reece was President of Global Services at Intec Telecom, a global listed software company, and COO of system integrator Steria’s Enterprise Practice.
Stuart is the Finance Director for Alstom in the UK & Ireland, a role he has held since 1st January 2014. Prior to this, Stuart spent 7 years in senior Finance roles in the Power Sector of Alstom (a Business sold to GE in November 2015) in Sweden and Switzerland.
Other senior roles Stuart has performed included Head of Finance for the worldwide Train Service business and Finance Director, Metro Rolling Stock projects business. This was during a 9 year period in his first spell with the Transport Sector of Alstom, based in France.
Before moving to France in 1998, Stuart worked in the UK for a number of different and diverse companies, before joining Alstom (then GEC Alsthom) in 1991. Born in Nigeria in 1961, of British parents, Stuart is a Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA, CGMA)
Group Finance Director
Paul joined Nomad in 2015, as Group Financial Controller, responsible for the financial reporting and analysis for the Nomad Digital Group, globally. This included managing Group cash and working capital management, reporting to external shareholders (both board members and institutional investors) and monthly monitoring of key contract performance and delivery.
Paul was promoted to Group Finance Director in March 2017. Prior to joining Nomad, Paul held a number of senior finance roles at SMD, Sage and Aesica Pharmaceuticals.
Global Commercial Performance Director
Jean-Pierre is Global Commercial Performance Director at Alstom since 2016. In his role, Jean-Pierre is in charge of Global Partnerships and International Accounts, Group Commercial Performances, Cross-region Activities, Support for the entry in new market segments.
Jean-Pierre joined Alstom in 2015 following the acquisition of GE Signalling by Alstom. At GE, Jean-Pierre held the position of sales growth for the Signaling & Train Control business worldwide from 2011 to 2015.
Previously, he has been working in the rail industry since 1990 and began his career at Faiveley Transport (on-board rail system supplier) where he held a series of senior positions in South Africa, England and France. Jean-Pierre is graduated in electronics and electrical engineering from the “Ecole d’Ingénieurs de Tours” (EIT).
