Andrew is the Group CEO of Nomad Digital, with over 23 years experience across multiple industries and sectors. Before joining Nomad in 2013, Andrew was Digicel’s Regional Chief Executive Officer, with overall responsibility for their Northern Caribbean operations. Prior to this, Andrew was Group CEO of Intec Telecom, a global software company, listed on the main London stock exchange. Andrew is currently a Non-Executive Director at MDS Systems.
Reece is the Chief Operating Officer at Nomad Digital, with over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology sector across multiple industries. Reece is accountable for all delivery and services globally for Nomad Digital. Prior to joining Nomad in 2014, Reece was Senior Vice President of Global Services at CSG International, a leader in the provision of Cable and Telecommunications billing solutions. Before this, Reece was President of Global Services at Intec Telecom, a global listed software company, and COO of system integrator Steria’s Enterprise Practice.
Graham joined Nomad in 2014, as the Group’s Chief Finance Officer. With over 30 years of finance experience, including almost 17 years at main Board level; Graham brings a wealth of knowledge and foresight to the role, with a successful track record in guiding the financial growth of companies working within the technology sector. Prior to Nomad, Graham was Chief Finance Officer at SmartStream Technologies, an international software and services business in the Financial Services sector. Before this, Graham carried out a number of interim CFO assignments, following senior finance roles in Logica plc, including Director of Corporate Finance.
President & CEO (NA)
Damian joined Nomad in 2011, as the General Manager (Asia Pacific) until October 2013, when he was appointed as General Manager for the Americas, based in Nomad’s Maryland office. Damian is now responsible for overseeing all of Nomad’s American, Canadian and South American business operations. Previous to joining Nomad, Damian was the Business Manager for Wellard Technologies which was acquired by Nomad in 2011. He also held a number of key technical and managerial roles with Telstra Corporation in Australia.
Alf is the Chief Technology Officer at Nomad Digital. With a PhD in Computer Science and holding over 30 years’ experience in creating commercially successful software products, Alf has a solid track record of product and technology planning that has successfully delivered R&D operations for a variety of enterprise and venture capital funded organisations. Previous to working at Nomad, Alf was the Chief Technology Officer at Clearswift, an IT security solutions vendor with specific expertise in deep content filtering of email and web traffic.
Global HR Director
Dawn joins Nomad with a wealth of experience, overseeing the company’s global HR operations and culture programmes. Previously based in Finland with Outotec, Dawn had Global responsibility for driving Leadership and Culture change, as well as being responsible for Learning and Development across the organisation. Prior to this, Dawn spent 9-years at Sage, where she focused on operations & employee relations, with additional responsibility for Culture change, as well as Leadership and Talent development. Her earlier roles were linked to generalist HR as well as commercial, from spells with local government aligned to public/private partnerships, as well as M&S, Boots & De La Rue.
Jay joined Nomad in 2007 as Commercial Director and holds over 20 years of commercial, contractual, business development and strategy experience. Jay is responsible for a broad range of business development activities within Nomad, such as new partnerships, new business models and strategic expansion initiatives. Prior to Nomad, Jay devised T-Mobile’s mobile data, 3G and WiFi strategies, leading the development of T-Mobile HotSpot into the world’s largest hotspot provider at that time.
Ken joined Nomad in 2009, having previously worked for Nomad as a contractor, installing radios along the London to Brighton line as part of the Southern Railway project with T-Mobile. Ken then moved into a PSE role for some years, being lead architect on NS and Hitachi Trainlink, and installing various Proofs of Concept in China, Korea, and India as well as the UK. Ken has been on the Executive Management Team for four years. Prior to Nomad he was Director or founder of numerous companies in technical fields from online payments to hosted telecommunications services.
General Manager (EMEAI)
Jean-Philippe joined Nomad in 2013, taking the role of General Manager (EMEAI) – overseeing and managing the company’s EMEAI sales and delivery operations from Nomad’s London office. Prior to joining Nomad, Jean-Philippe managed a team of 40 sales, marketing and support professionals for Invensys, where his main focus was to grow the company’s business across Europe and French-speaking Africa. He also spent 12 years in several senior roles for Alcatel-Lucent across EMEA.
General Manager (APAC)
Moin joined Nomad in August 2012 and was seconded to Rio Tinto managing projects such as their satellite communication systems and fuel management systems, as well as implementing Rio Tinto’s ground breaking remote mining operations centre. In October 2013, Moin was appointed General Manager for Nomad’s APAC Region. Moin has a wealth of experience, gained over 34 years in a variety of industries including medical, retail, insurance, banking and mining. His experience covers the full spectrum including programming, database administration, technical team management and project management for several high profile companies, such as Dixons Retail, Mars, IBM, Computer Associates, BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto.
Head of Marketing
Kate is the Head of Marketing for Nomad Digital, with over 24 years marketing experience in both marketing agencies in London and Edinburgh, and inhouse marketing. Before joining Nomad in 2014, Kate was the Interim Head of Marketing at Scottish Water Business Stream, the leading provider of water and waste water services to business customers in Scotland. Prior to that, Kate headed up the Practice Management team at Standard Life, and was at Tangible: Leith in Edinburgh for seven years, Scotlands leading marketing agency. Kate’s sector experience includes automotive, leisure and retail, financial services, FMCG, education, travel, public sector and telecommunications - both offline and online.
