Reece is the Group CEO of Nomad Digital, with over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology sector across multiple industries.
Previously Nomad's Group Chief Operating Officer for three years, Reece was accountable for all delivery and services globally for Nomad Digital. Prior to joining Nomad in 2014, Reece was Senior Vice President of Global Services at CSG International, a leader in the provision of Cable and Telecommunications billing solutions. Before this, Reece was President of Global Services at Intec Telecom, a global listed software company, and COO of system integrator Steria’s Enterprise Practice.
Global HR Director
Nick is our Global HR Director and has been with Nomad Digital since August 2013 when he joined as HR Business Partner.
After being promoted to lead the HR team in July 2017, he now oversees Nomad’s global HR operations and culture programmes.
Nick has worked in generalist HR since 1998 and has worked in a multitude of roles in a variety of industries including TV and media, luxury hospitality, sales and recruitment, FMCG, publishing and professional membership services.
Global Head of Delivery
Blair is Nomad’s Global Head of Delivery, with responsibility over all projects within Nomad Digital. Blair joined Nomad in October 2016 as the Deputy Director of Operations for EMEAI, with over 25 years of experience in the Telecoms and Information Technology sector across multiple industries.
Prior to joining Nomad, Blair held a number of positions within the UK Armed Forces and latterly within the Oil and Gas industry leading large Specialist and Engineering teams, providing support to customer projects worldwide.
Jeremy is Nomad Digital's Chief Architect and has been with the company since 2014 with responsibility for the architecture of Nomad's range of innovative technological solutions for the market place.
Jeremy has over 25 years' experience in designing telecommunications networks for major service providers and national critical infrastructure in the transportation market, including safety critical systems for road-based traffic control and railway signalling. Notably, he was the name architect with the British government for the £500m National Roads Telecommunications Services project.
Jeremy has held several senior positions at Vice President level with prominent telecommunications companies, including Alcatel Lucent and Newbridge Networks, and has deployed projects across the world.
Jeremy is an elected member within the Confederation of British Industry. He has a degree in Engineering and a post-graduate qualification in Business Administration.
Global Director of Product Development
Following the aquisition of 21net by Alstom in March 2018, Pierre was made Global Director of Product Development for Nomad Digital in July 2018.
Pierre joined 21net as CTO in 2014 to lead the design and implementation of the company’s innovative connectivity solution. He started his career at Schlumberger, moving to Nortel Networks as signal processing team leader. Then after a role of account marketing manager he created and led the end-to-end mobile network engineering activity. Pierre has also worked for ZTE France as CTO and with various start-up companies. He has designed a mobile network dimensioning tool, sold a mobile internet performance enhancing solution to a major European mobile operator and was instrumental in a fixed fiber operator gaining their 4G license.
Pierre graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and has an engineering degree from Telecom ParisTech.
Head of Bid Management
Gillian joined Nomad in 2011, responsible for establishing a bid management office and developing and implementing a robust bid process that endorses best practise, which adheres to quality management standards and principles.
Gillian now heads up the Global Bid Management team across North America, EMEAI, and the UK & Ireland and looks after the bid management functionality and presales project management.
Gillian brings to Nomad a wealth of experience, with over 18 years in the telecoms and information technology sector across multiple industries and the public sector.
Prior to Nomad, previous positions of Gillian’s included, account management, service management, project management and business portfolio management.
Gillian also had a 10-year career in the South African police service as a commissioned officer.
Anthony joined as the Global Finance Director for Nomad Digital in July 2018.
Before Nomad Anthony was the Finance Manager for Alstom’s Systems, Signalling & Infrastructure Business in the UK & Ireland. Prior to that he worked for GE as Finance Director of the UK transportation business, having previously been in GE Aviation Systems as Finance Manager of Global Sourcing.
Anthony originally graduated as a Mechanical Engineer (MEng) from Nottingham University before qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA).
Head of Product Management
Stephen joined Nomad in 2007, as Technical Director, to then move onto Global Project Delivery, Global Customer Service Director, before then moving onto become Head of Product Management in 2018.
Stephen is responsible for all aspects of Product Management, covering hardware, software and partnerships.
Stephen brings to Nomad a wealth of experience, with over 20 years working in senior technical roles. Prior to Nomad Stephen has worked for Nissan and J2C. Stephen was one of Nomad’s first suppliers when he was Managing Director at KST in 2005.
Global Head of Business Systems
Ian is the Global Head of Business Systems with responsibility for a number of key internal functions including Procurement, IT, Infosec, Quality and Service Desk. Ensuring that key internal stakeholders and customers receive the most effective and efficient services, the department works closely with delivery, sales and O&M functions globally.
Ian joined Nomad back in 2013, initially responsible for all procurement and supply chain activity, and more recently joined the executive team as Global Head of Business Systems.
Prior to Nomad, Ian held a number of senior roles in procurement and supply chain covering a number of different industries including automotive, technology, engineering and public sector.
Regional Sales Director (UK&I)
David joined Nomad in 2017 as Regional Sales Director for the UK & Ireland, with responsibility for all aspects of the business from Presales & Key Account Management to O&M services.
David has spent 18 years in the rail sector and brings a wealth of experience to the business, with well established industry relationships.
Regional Sales Director (APAC)
Moin joined Nomad APAC in 2013 as a general manager and is now APAC’s Sales Director, with responsibility for generating new business and ensuring Nomad have a healthy orderbook. Moin also has oversight on other activities, including finance, delivery and support.
Moin brings to Nomad a wealth of experience, with well established industry relationships.
